Job Brief
Employment Type: Onsite
Timings: 12:009:00 pm
Location: Johar town G4 Lahore
Key Responsibilities:
Define and communicate the product vision strategy and roadmap.
Gather and analyze business and customer requirements to create welldefined user stories and acceptance criteria.
Prioritize and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with company objectives.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business needs into technical requirements.
Work closely with development teams to ensure timely and highquality product delivery.
Act as a liaison between business teams and technical teams to ensure smooth communication.
Monitor and evaluate product performance user feedback and market trends to make datadriven decisions.
Lead sprint planning backlog grooming and sprint reviews to ensure Agile best practices.
Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for product initiatives.
Identify and mitigate risks dependencies and roadblocks that could impact product development.
Advocate for user experience (UX) best practices to improve customer satisfaction.
Qualifications & Skills:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science Business or a related field (Masters preferred).
3 years of experience as a Product Owner or similar role in an Agile environment.
Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum Kanban) and product development lifecycle.
Excellent analytical problemsolving and decisionmaking skills.
Experience working with product management tools such as Jira Trello or Aha!
Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with teams and stakeholders.
Ability to balance technical and business perspectives.
Knowledge of UX/UI principles and customercentric product development.
