Be the friendly knowledgeable voice our customers trustthrough phone email and chat.
Provide personalized solutions and support to meet each customers unique needs.
Educate customers on products and upsell when theres a clear value fit (no pushy pitches here).
Troubleshoot issues with patience empathy and creativity.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships for longterm loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and level up service strategies.
You genuinely enjoy helping people and know how to make them feel heard.
Youre an excellent communicator who can explain things clearly and calmly.
Sales doesnt scare youit excites you (especially when the product helps people).
Youre organized adaptable and able to juggle multiple conversations with grace.
Youre selfmotivated and thrive in a supportive but fastpaced environment.
Prior experience in customer service or sales is a plusbut passion and coachability matter more.
Comfortable using CRM systems email platforms and chat tools.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Reliable internet connection and a quiet work environment if remote.
