Job Description

Youll guide support and inspire customers while offering products and services that truly make a difference. What Youll Do:
Be the friendly knowledgeable voice our customers trustthrough phone email and chat.
Provide personalized solutions and support to meet each customers unique needs.
Educate customers on products and upsell when theres a clear value fit (no pushy pitches here).
Troubleshoot issues with patience empathy and creativity.
Follow up with leads and nurture relationships for longterm loyalty.
Collaborate with team members to share insights and level up service strategies.
