Job Title: ServiceNow Lead
Location: Remote (Canada)
Duration: 12 Months
Key Responsibilities:
- Design implement and maintain ServiceNow ITOM modules (Discovery Service Mapping Event Management Cloud Provisioning and Governance).
- Leverage ServiceNow ITOM best practices to improve operational efficiency and provide proactive support for IT infrastructure.
- Conduct impact analysis and troubleshooting for ServiceNow ITOM components ensuring smooth integration with other ServiceNow modules and thirdparty systems
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to define and deliver endtoend ITOM solutions focusing on incident event change and problem management
- Work on ServiceNow Discovery including configuration troubleshooting and continuous improvement.
- Strong understanding of ITIL processes (Incident Management Change Management Problem Management etc. and their integration with ServiceNow ITOM
- Experience in the configuration customization and administration of ServiceNow
- Ability to perform troubleshooting and resolution of ITOMrelated issues.
- Ability to design and implement complex solutions within the ServiceNow platform.
- Familiarity with ServiceNow orchestration and automation
Should be certified in any of the following
- CIS ITOM
- CIS Discovery
- CIS Service Mapping
- CIS Event Management
- CIS Cloud Provisioning and Governance
Must have certificates excluding the ones above are
