Job Description
This is a remote position.
About the Role
Were looking for a FullStack Developer with strong Python expertise to support our growing development needs. You ll work alongside an existing team to enhance a backend platform improve scalability and help transition a website from Wix to a better solution. This is a contract role for an initial 1 2 month engagement with the potential for extension based on project needs.
What You ll Do
- Develop and optimize backend services and APIs using Python.
- Assist with feature development and support existing backend/frontend work.
- Help transition a website from Wix to a more scalable platform (platform TBD).
- Collaborate with a Cloud Backend Engineer to ensure smooth integration.
- Improve system performance scalability and database efficiency.
- Work with GitHub for version control code reviews and collaboration.
Requirements
What We re Looking For
- 3 years of fullstack development experience with a strong focus on Python.
- Proficiency in backend development API design and database management.
- Experience with frontend technologies (React Vue or similar).
- Solid understanding of GitHub workflows pull requests and CI/CD.
- Familiarity with modern web development platforms (WordPress Webflow or custom solutions).
- Comfortable working in a fastpaced startuplike environment.
- Bonus: Experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud AWS or similar).

- Contract Duration: 1 2 months (potential for extension).
- Location: Remote (IST or EST preferred for time zone alignment).
