Job Description
We are seeking highly motivated and skilled Manual Testers with experience in loan and finance domain to join our dynamic team in Delhi.
Requirements
Responsibilities
- Conduct functional testing for banking applications ensuring that all features and functionalities work as intended.
- Write execute and maintain detailed test cases and test scenarios based on business requirements and technical specifications.
- Perform regression integration and system testing to identify and resolve defects and inconsistencies in the software.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including developers and business analysts to understand requirements and design comprehensive test plans.
- Document and report defects clearly including steps to reproduce severity and impact on business functionality.
- Review and analyze business requirements and technical specifications to ensure thorough test coverage.
- Participate in project meetings providing insights on test progress issues and potential risks.
- Ensure that all testing is done in compliance with internal processes and standards.
- Assist in preparing test reports and tracking testing progress for project stakeholders.
Primary Skillsets
- Experience in manual testing specifically within the Banking/Financial Domain.
- Strong understanding of the banking systems functional processes and operations.
- Handson experience in writing and executing test cases defect tracking and working with test management tools.
- Proficiency in functional testing regression testing and integration testing.
- Ability to identify document and track defects using defect management tools.
- Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for clear and concise defect reporting.
- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and testing methodologies.
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Prior experience with test management tools (e.g. JIRA TestRail) is a plus.

Education
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.
