Job Description
This position is contingent on contract award.
International SOS is looking for an individual who is an experienced Operations Analyst to evaluate and improve organizational processes and workflows utilizing data analysis to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. This position involves identifying trends recommending solutions and collaborating with crossfunctional teams to implement operational enhancements that support the organizations strategic goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develops innovative concepts of operations and capability plans.
- Translate capability plans into detailed written and graphical descriptions.
- Develop and support tactical operational and strategic warfare analysis.
- Conducts military effectiveness analysis of alternative capabilities to inform the development of formal requirements and program plans.

Qualifications :
Basic Requirements/Certifications:
- Ten or more 10 years experience as an Operations Analyst.
- Identified as recognized Industry leader for area of expertise.
Education Required:
Masters Degree in relevant field of study required.
Physical Requirements:
- Work is normally performed in a typical interior or office work environment.
- Work involves sitting standing climbing stairs for prolonged periods of time.
- May require bending stooping and lifting up to 25 lbs.
Other Special Qualifications:
Must have or be able to obtain required clearances.
Additional Information :
Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
Compensation Min: $100000 Max: $102000
