Role Overview
A Good rated academy in Enfield seeks a qualified and experienced BTEC Applied Science Teacher for immediate commencement. The successful candidate will deliver BTEC Applied Science instruction and contribute to the delivery of KS3/4 biology chemistry and physics. Experience with KS5 Chemistry is desirable.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver engaging BTEC Applied Science lessons.
- Instruct KS3/4 biology chemistry and physics.
- Optionally deliver KS5 Chemistry instruction.
- Prepare students for examinations and assessments.
- Monitor student progress and provide constructive feedback.
- Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs.
- Contribute to curriculum development and implementation.
- Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment.
Candidate Profile
- Demonstrated experience in teaching BTEC Applied Science.
- Ability to deliver effective instruction in KS3/4 biology chemistry and physics.
- Experience with KS5 Chemistry instruction (preferred).
- Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) with a strong subject specialism.
- Passion for student development and academic excellence.
- Availability to commence immediately.
