Job Description

What You Get To Do:

  • Our Administrative Coordinator role is a hybrid role of administrative responsibilities and direct care duties.
  • Provide handson assistance encouragement mentoring and guidance.
  • Ensure the comfort safety and personal growth of the individuals we serve.
  • Assist management in maintaining the consistency in supports and services that we provide to the individuals we serve.
  •  Assist with scheduling training medical appointments followup on appointments and meetings and coaching our Direct Support Professional/DSP staff.
  • Assist with with taking calls after business hours and on weekends.

Qualifications :
