Job Description

Reporting to the Manager Talent Solutions & Services the Analyst Talent Solutions and Services (Hire & Onboarding) is responsible for ensuring accurate timely and efficient delivery of key hire and onboarding programs and processes. The role will support our newly launched shared services model respond to HR Service Requests using ServiceNow case management and utilize internal resources to complete transactions and processes while adhering to internal procedures and local regulatory requirements. This is a 12month contract position.

Team Description

The Talent Solutions & Services (TSS) team supports the delivery of and acts as the first point of contact for all HR programs and policy inquiries. TSS manages the of lifecycle transactions from hire to offboarding. The team is committed to delivering continuous improvement to processes and facilitating policy enhancements with a view towards digital experience and operational efficiency.

Accountabilities:

  • Process new hire and internal job data changes in HR systems and ensure alignment of information for payroll and critical HR reporting.
  • Oversee the completion of background screening checks required to ensure compliance with internal and regulatory requirements.
  • Provide effective and highquality responses to inquiries related to background screening and onboarding to ensure employee experience excellence.
  • Collaborate with and act as a liaison between employees HRBPs COEs and other global internal/external partners to complete crossfunctional processes.
  • Monitor work eligibility in alignment with regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure data accuracy and integrity of employee records across Smart Recruiters Workday and Payroll and monitor via reporting.
  • Create and maintain procedural documentation including training materials checklists etc.
  • Participate in special projects/systems implementations related to hire & onboarding by defining requirements preparing test scripts and documenting results.
  • Seek opportunities to improve and optimize processes experience and online content related to onboarding programs through process centralization automation or enhancements.
  • Support the Talent Operations team to streamline and centralize transactional processes to facilitate operational effectiveness and digitized automation.
  • Conduct regular analysis to ensure data accuracy leveraging reports for data reconciliation efforts and random spotchecks of Talent data.

Qualifications :

  • Undergraduate degree or college diploma in a related field desirable.
  • 2 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong MS Office skills with advanced Excel knowledge for reporting metrics and data validation.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills with proven ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent problemsolving skills and high level of attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Experience supporting hiring activities and onboarding in a global organization with complex HR programs and policies.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Proven ability to maintain sensitive and highly confidential information.
  • Proficiency with Workday Smart Recruiters etc.
  • Ability to clearly define and articulate requirements priorities impacts and solutions.
  • Ability to foster collaborative working relationships at all levels internally and with external partners.
  • Ability to identify opportunities take initiative and think through downstream implications.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic environment under pressure and with timesensitive deadlines.
