Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and resourceful IT Specialist with 1 years of experience to join our growing IT team. The IT Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support for PCs networks and related infrastructure ensuring smooth and efficient operations for our employees. The ideal candidate will possess a strong problemsolving aptitude excellent communication skills and a commitment to continuous learning.
Responsibilities:
- Provide firstlevel technical support to endusers for PC hardware software and networkrelated issues.
- Install configure and maintain PC hardware operating systems and software applications.
- Troubleshoot network connectivity issues including LAN WAN and wireless networks.
- Monitor network performance and identify potential issues.
- Perform routine system maintenance tasks including backups updates and security patching.
- Manage user accounts and access permissions.
- Maintain inventory of IT equipment and software licenses.
- Document technical procedures and solutions.
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives.
- Adhere to IT security policies and procedures.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Information Technology or a related field (or equivalent experience).
- 1 years of experience in IT support.
- Strong knowledge of PC hardware operating systems (Windows macOS) and software applications (Microsoft Office Suite etc..
- Understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP DNS DHCP etc..
- Experience with network troubleshooting tools.
- Familiarity with IT security principles.
- Excellent problemsolving and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
