We are seeking a highly energetic and highly motivated experienced hunter to drive new OEM business growth as our Sales Manager to join our team!

The estimated salary range allows for candidates with various levels of skills and experience to be considered as well as provides room for growth achieved within the role over time. Any offer extended to a candidate or salary increase consideration for a current employee will be based on the individual s unique set of knowledge skills education experience and geographic location as well as internal equity.

Requirements :

Drive aggressive new business growth by identifying a capturing highvalue opportunities in key industries that rely on force sensors particularly but not exclusively in aerospace defense and aviation sectors. Own the full sales cycle from lead generation to contract negotiation.

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor s degree in Business/ Engineering (Mechanical/Electrical/Electronics)
  • 5 years of experience in sales to OEM accounts preferably in aerospace and defense markets
  • Background in transducer / load cells or force sensors a plus
  • Excellent communication and presentation skill
