Job Description
The role
As a SeniorData Scientist will be part of the Data Science team in the EngineeringDepartment. You will report directly into our Data Science Team Lead.
As part of your main responsibilities you will:
Bring strong expertise and knowhow in Data Science and Machine Learning (ML) Engineering.
Be the primary goto person for data Analysis and ML topics.
Reinforce the companys technical project management capabilities by effectively coordinating project development across the Data Science stack.
Contribute your experience and fresh ideas to the team for building and maintaining ML models at scale.
The team:
Youll be joining a small but very skilled team of around 15 people across Engineering Data Science and QA. Were always learning and trying out new processes and tools. We keep things open and honest with a feedbackfriendly culture where new ideas really take off.
What leads to success in this role:
5 years of experiencein building ML models with multiple data sources operating MLmodels at scale and sales predictions using different types of data or marketing mix modelling.
Mastery ofPython SQL AWS or other cloud infrastructures.
Resultsdriven and qualitydrivenby always looking for solutions not excuses. Willing to go the extra mile when needed.
Highly ambitious with a proactive approach to your own professional growth (ie.continuous learning mindset).
Able to think holistically by looking at the big picture striving to include both what Cambri customers and the Cambri business need.
Your tasks:
We believe in setting clear objectives. Here are our expectations for your first 6 months as a Senior Data Scientist:
After 23 weeks:
You will add value as an Individual Contributor on data analysis model development and machine learning productization.
After 4 months:
You will demonstrate a thorough understanding of the companys business domain and applicationspecific features.
After 6 months:
Youwill effectively drive a project and be in charge of communication with the Product team.
