What does this role involve
- You will support the team in preparing operational forecasts for parcel volumes and customer contacts
- You will help verify data accuracy and assist in creating business analysis related to Operations (warehouse logistics CX)
- You will contribute to developing reports and dashboards that support decisionmaking
- You will help gather and organize data for longterm planning and budgeting
- On a daily basis you will collaborate with the team to include planned changes promotions and marketing activities in the operational analysis

This is the right job for you if you:
- You are familiar with working with data and have an analytical mindset
- You feel comfortable using spreadsheets (Google Sheets/MS Excel) to organize and analyze information
- You are competent in working with advanced Excel functions (e.g. pivot tables complex formulas) and SQL for querying databases
- You are eager to learn and develop your skills in business analysis and forecasting
- You are wellorganized and can manage multiple tasks with attention to detail
- You know English at B2 level
