Job Description

Wilshire seeks a VP Corporate Development to join the team in Santa Monica New York or Chicago. Join our team and play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our organization through strategic growth initiatives and corporate transactions.

What youll do:

  • Identify and evaluate potential acquisition targets strategic partnerships and growth opportunities aligned with our companys longterm objectives
  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and prioritize strategic initiatives for growth
  • Conduct comprehensive market research and competitive analysis to inform strategic decisionmaking
  • Develop financial models perform due diligence and prepare detailed business cases for potential ventures
  • Lead crossfunctional teams through the entire acquisition process from initial assessment to postmerger integration
  • Prepare and present strategic recommendations and reports to senior leadership
  • Monitor industry trends and provide insights to guide corporate strategy
  • Manage relationships with key stakeholders including executives investors and advisors

Qualifications :

What you have:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Finance or related field; MBA preferred
  • 5 10 years of experience in corporate development investment banking management consulting or related fields
  • Strong analytical and financial modeling skills with experience in valuation and deal structuring
  • Excellent project management abilities and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication and presentation skills
  • Proven track record of successfully executing corporate transactions and strategic partnerships
  • Indepth knowledge of mergers and acquisitions processes industry dynamics emerging trends and competitive landscapes
  • Ability to work effectively in a fastpaced dynamic environment

Additional Information :

  • This position will work on a hybrid model out of our Santa Monica Chicago or New York office

The pay range for this position is $150000$225000. However base pay will be determined on an individual basis considering various factors including location qualifications skills and experience. The total compensation package includes eligibility for an annual discretionary bonus and a full range of health and financial benefit offerings which will be provided in conjunction with an offer of employment.
