Job Description:
We are seeking a detailoriented and highly organized Event Coordinator to join our team. In this role you will be responsible for planning coordinating and executing events that align with our clients goals and expectations. You will work closely with vendors clients and internal teams to ensure seamless event while managing logistics budgeting and onsite coordination.
Responsibilities:
Plan organize and execute corporate and private events from start to finish
Coordinate with vendors venues and suppliers to secure services and materials
Develop event timelines schedules and logistics plans
Oversee event setup and breakdown ensuring smooth operations
Monitor budgets and manage expenses to stay within financial guidelines
Handle client communications ensuring expectations are met and exceeded
Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise before or during events
Conduct postevent evaluations to assess success and identify areas for improvement
Qualifications :
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience in event planning coordination or a related field
Strong organizational and project management skills
Excellent communication and negotiation abilities
Ability to multitask and problemsolve under pressure
Detailoriented with strong timemanagement skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and event management software
Bachelors degree in Event Management Hospitality Business or a related field preferred
