Job Description
Roles & Responsibilities:
Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into actionable insights.
Analyze business processes identify improvement areas and support digital transformation initiatives.
Work on datadriven projects leveraging AI and analytics to enhance decisionmaking.
Develop reports dashboards and presentations to communicate findings to senior management.
Assist in strategy by working on crossfunctional projects within the Digital & AI Office.
Stay updated on industry trends emerging technologies and best practices in business analysis and AIdriven solutions.
Qualifications :
Educational qualification:
BE / BTech and equivalent
Experience :
6 8 years experience
Mandatory/requires Skills :
Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
Proven ability to collaborate closely with the leadership team providing datadriven insights and strategic recommendations to support decisionmaking and business growth
Preferred Skills :
Ability to work independently with a proactive and entrepreneurial approach
Excellent communication stakeholder management and presentation skill
Additional Information :
6 to 8 years in business analysis preferably with exposure to working in a Senior Managers office.
