Job Description

Role : FIS PM
Experience: 10 Years
Location : Phoenix AZ
Required:
- Bachelors degree in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
- Proven ten plus years experience as a Project Manager particularly in the financial technology sector and preferably with the FIS Modern Banking Platform.
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g. Agile Scrum Waterfall).
- Demonstrated ability to manage individual projects including planning monitoring and closure.
- Excellent organizational and problemsolving skills with a keen attention to detail.
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to work effectively across various teams.
- Proficiency in project management tools such as JIRA MS Project or equivalent.
Preferred:
- Experience managing software development integration and deployment projects on the FIS Modern Banking Platform.
- Knowledge of financial services and banking industry standards.
- Familiarity with cloudbased platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and modern software development practices.
- Certification in project management (e.g. PMP Agile Certified Practitioner).
