Job Description

Job Purpose

To provide administration support to the Client Administration team who support Financial Planners and/ or Investment Managers. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to expand their career further into financial services. 

This role will be full time in the office 5 days per week Monday to Friday

 

Key Responsibilities

  • To support the Client Administration team in the delivery of administration activities ensuring work is delivered to a high standard and in a timely manner.
  • Responsible for organising client review meetings
  • Responsible for post and other front office activities
  • Handling telephone calls with clients effectively
  • Ordering office stationery 
  • General housekeeping 
  • Adhoc general administration

Qualifications :

To be successful in this role you should have:

  • GCSE grade 94 (AC) in English and Maths are required degree qualified is desirable
  • Experience within a front office/ administrative role
  • Experience / Knowledge of financial services would be desirable
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise work

Hours of work: Full Time in office 95pm Monday to Friday
