As a Pool Attendant you will be responsible for:
- Ensuring the safety and cleanliness of the pool and surrounding amenities including the exercise room showers and dressing areas.
- You will also have the opportunity to interact with our valued residents addressing any concerns they may have with your friendly and professional demeanor.
- Lifting and moving outdoor furniture and performing basic grounds maintenance.
- Youll also have the opportunity to develop new skills such as performing pool reading checks.
Schedule: Must be able to work the whole season (Memorial Day Labor Day)
Weekly Schedule:
Shift 1:
- Sunday: OFF
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: 9:30 AM 8:30 PM
- Wednesday: 9:30 AM 4:30 PM
- Thursday: 9:30 AM 4:30 PM
- Friday: 9:30 AM 4:30 PM
- Saturday: 9:30 AM 4:30 PM
Shift 2:
- Sunday: 9:30 AM 8:30 PM
- Monday: OFF
- Tuesday: OFF
- Wednesday: 1:30 8:30 PM
- Thursday: 1:30 PM 8:30 PM
- Friday: 1:30 PM 8:30 PM
- Saturday: 1:30 PM 8:30 PM
Qualifications :
- The right candidate should have some pool and general maintenance experience and be comfortable working in a teamoriented environment.
- Strong communication and followup skills both with residents and other team members.
- A teamoriented attitude and willingness to take direction from a Community Manager.
- Schedule flexibility to accommodate a 5day work week and be available on weekends.
- Multitasking and adaptation are key elements to success!
Additional Information :
AIR offers attractive total compensation packages designed to recognize and reward performance at the individual team and company levels. We start with a competitive base salary:
- Pay rate is $14.00/hour.
