Job Description

Description:
- Running Area: Drivers will run east of the MS river the great majority of the time but will occasionally run to the West Coast
- Training: Training pay is $650/Week and will run 200250 hours behind the wheel or 46 weeks.
- Starting Pay after Training: $0.56CPM
- Average weekly miles :
- Pay Raises: every three six months to a top pay of $0.64CPM at five years experience
- Benefits: Full benefits start after 30 days including medical dental PTO401K and more
- Vacation Pay: Starting at $800 After One Year of Service
- Type of Freight: Dry Van. Freight is 100 no touch with 50 drop n hook
- Perks: Can have rider and pet once you finish training
- Home Time: Drivers will be out 14 days and home for 2 full days. Drivers can take the truck home with them when on break
Requirements:
- Must be at least 21 years old and hold a valid Class A license.
- No DUI within 10 years if CDLA holder none within 5 years if Non CDLA holder.
- No more than 1 onroad or DOT preventable loss in the last 2 years. No more than 3 preventable accidents in the last 2 years. No major preventable accidents in the last 5 years.
- No serious traffic violations in the past year. No more than 2 moving violations in the last 2 years.
- Must be able to pass a DOT physical and drug test. No drug related conviction in the last 5 years. No use of illegal positive/refused tests in the past 10 years with CDLA/CLP.
- No misdemeanors or felonies in the last ten years and none involving children ever
- Can not have failed or refused a DOT Drug or alcohol test
