The Role: As a Store Manager at Lovisa youll be responsible for leading and motivating a highperforming team while ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
Your duties will include:
- Inspire your team to provide exceptional customer experience where every customer feels truly valued and respected. Create an inclusive positive vibe instore where genuine connections are made and each visit is an unforgettable experience. Were all about making our customers feel special and youll lead the way!
- Managing daily operations ensuring that stock is wellmanaged. Its all about creating an inspiring onbrand experience for our customers while maintaining our 50 Points of Perfection in every detail.
- Driving sales and achieving targets while maintaining a fun Teamfocused atmosphere.
- Ensuring Team are trained engaged and aligned with Lovisas 10 1 Culture Commitments.
- Providing coaching and development opportunities for your Team.
- Ensure Visual Excellence by executing store visual merchandising with excitement and precision making sure the Lovisa brand shines through and the latest trends are always front and centre.
