Job Description
What does your workday look like
- You are the central hub of hotel operations holistically and responsibly leading all operational departments while acting as a link between guests employees department heads and management.
- You contribute to the budgeting process optimize and analyze procedures together with department heads and thus increase guest and employee satisfaction.
- As a host and leader you are present with positive energy and drive leading by example.
- With your strong sense of people you foster team spirit promote crossdepartmental collaboration and support and develop talent.
Qualifications :
Your personality counts more than your CV
- You have several years of leadership experience in the hospitality industry and ideally have built solid knowledge in both the Rooms and F&B departments.
- You inspire your colleagues just as much as you do your guests. Additionally you are experienced in organizing hotel operations and creating staff schedules.
- With your handson mentality you actively support operational work think outside the box and develop longterm solutions.
- You are passionate about good food and drinks love discovering new F&B concepts and are eager to help shape our F&B and event areas.
- You have excellent German and English skills both spoken and written.
- You are techsavvy and experienced in using POS and hotel software.
- You are a doerand you openly admit when you make a mistake.
- You dont just bring your skills but also your personality.
