About the role

In order to enable the strong growth of our company BYD Europe is looking for anHR Specialistto join our young international team with a passion for innovation and a cando attitude.

As aHR Specialistyou support the Overseas HR Department and perform a variety of tasks in the field of generaltalent acquisitions talent developmentfunctions.


Job Responsibilities:

1.Recruitment and Employee Management

    • Responsible for posting job advertisements screening resumes and arranging interviews assisting in the completion of the recruitment process;
    • Assist with the onboarding process for new employees including orientation signing employment contracts and managing employee records;
    • Maintain and update employee information and HR files.

    2. Employee Relations Management

    • Handle daily employee relations issues and resolve employee complaints and disputes;
    • Organize employee activities to enhance team cohesion;
    • Assist in conducting performance evaluations and employee development plans and follow up on results.

    3.Training and Development

    • Assist in planning and organizing various employee training and development programs;
    • Follow up on training effectiveness evaluations and provide improvement suggestions.

    4. Policy Implementation and Compliance Management

    • Assist in the implementation and tracking of HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance;
    • Handle employee offboarding procedures to ensure the legality and standardization of labor contracts.

Required skills qualifications and experience:

  • Educational Background: Bachelors degree or above in Human Resource Management Business Administration or related fields;
  • Work Experience: 2 years of experience in human resources or related fields with experience in recruitment performance management and employee relations preferred;
  • Skills:
  • Familiarity with Dutch labor law and relevant regulations;
  • Proficiency in English as a working language Dutch/Chinese is a plus;
  • Proficient in office software (e.g. Word Excel PPT);
  • Strong communication Excellent organization skills and the ability to prioritize multitask and manage a demanding workload on a daily basis teamwork skills.
  • Personal Qualities: Detailoriented patient highly responsible and capable of working under pressure.
