**Hello! At Factorial were looking for a Account Manager Long Tail for the **German Market to give the best support to our existing customers.Before digging into much details... Your role involves proactive engagement understanding client needs and creating personalized strategies to drive satisfaction retention and growth.
- **Client Relationships: Regularly engage with customers addressing their needs and providing tailored solutions.
- **Sales Growth: Develop personalized sales strategies including crossselling upselling and churn management.
- **Support & Feedback: Provide prompt personalized aftersales support ensuring timely responses and proactive communication.
- **Product Promotion: Educate clients on new products and features aligning them with their specific use cases.
- **Collaboration: Serve as the main point of contact between customers and internal teams offering valuable feedback.
- **Customer Engagement: Hold regular video meetings to demonstrate product updates and strengthen relationships.
**Your Profile
- Native level of **German and fluent in **English.
- **Customerfocused experience in support or satisfaction roles is highly valued.
- P**assion for simplifying processes and removing obstacles for customers and colleagues.
- **Ambitious proactive and a positive team player with strong organizational skills.
- **Confident using CRM tools and unafraid to pick up the phone to support clients.
- **Ready to thrive in a fastpaced startup environment.
