Job Description

Hello! At Factorial were looking for a new **Sales Account Executive for the Features French Market team to help us boost the company to the next level. **Ready to be part of the challenge We believe in developing our team spreading our company culture and sharing our views on how Human Resources can make a difference for organizations all over the world. ****The Role

  • Responsible for **managing upselling opportunities for existing clients and effectively developing the customer experience throughout the ** of the sales cycle for one of our domains.
  • Create **strong relationships with existing customers while focusing on account development through **upselling and crossselling.
  • **Identify **navigate and **support clients throughout their decisionmaking process across the **whole sales cycle with existing customers to close the upsell opportunities.
  • Creatively develop effective account plans and **strategies to meet and **exceed sales **quota.
  • Establish and regularly conduct highlevel **negotiating with CSuite and VPLevel Executives.
  • Think creatively and utilize **consultative selling techniques to drive prospects throughout the sales process effectively
  • Provide a reliable and accurate **forecast of activities and **revenue achievement to sales leadership.
  • **Collaborate daily with **internal teams (Product Marketing Customer Experience and Senior Leadership) to ensure we give the best service to our existing clients.

**Your Profile

  • **Minimum 1 or **2 years of experience in **closing deals.
  • **Hunter Farmer mentality hungry persistent and ready to hustle.
  • You are a good communicator and you empathize quickly with people.
  • You are proactive and you like to put forward new ideas.
  • You demonstrate full ownership on each activity you develop.
  • A **proficient level of French is required & professional English.We are international!

  • You have been part of the construction of a Business Unit/team from scratch.
  • Experience in Full cycle sales B2B.
