Job Description
- Conduct user research to identify needs and gather insights.
- Create wireframes prototypes and user flows to visualize design concepts.
- Develop highfidelity mockups of user interfaces.
- Collaborate with product managers to define design requirements.
- Translate business problems into usercentered design solutions.
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from stakeholders and user testing.
- Conduct usability tests to gather user feedback and improve designs.
- Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX.
- Ensure all design solutions are aligned with brand guidelines.
- Create and maintain a design system for consistency across projects.
- Work closely with developers during the implementation of designs.
- Prepare design presentations for stakeholders to communicate concepts.
- Assist in defining and measuring user experience goals.
- Utilize data and analytics to inform design decisions.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to foster creative solutions.
- Bachelors degree in Graphic Design Interaction Design or related field.
- 1 years of experience in UI/UX design.
- Strong portfolio showcasing usercentered designs.
- Proficiency in design and prototyping tools (e.g. Sketch Figma Adobe XD).
- Experience conducting user research and usability testing.
- Strong understanding of frontend development technologies (HTML CSS JavaScript).
- Excellent problemsolving and analytical skills.
- Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional teams.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Knowledge of accessibility standards and best practices.
- Attention to detail and a passion for design.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
- Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies.
- Creative mindset with a proactive approach to design challenges.
- Experience with responsive design and mobilefirst concepts.
- Understanding of marketing principles and audience targeting.
