We are seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable IT Support Specialist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional technical support to our users ensuring that all IT systems are functioning efficiently. This role requires a strong understanding of computer networking operating systems and customer service skills to resolve issues effectively and enhance user experience.
Requirements
Job Responsibilities:
Maintain and manage company IT infrastructure including networks servers and cloud systems.
Provide technical support to employees troubleshooting hardware software and network issues.
Install configure and update software and hardware as needed.
Ensure data security and backup processes are in place.
Monitor system performance and resolve potential issues proactively.
Collaborate with vendors for IT services and support.
Maintain IT documentation including system configurations and procedures.
Design build test and maintain efficient reusable and reliable C# code
Ensure the best possible performance quality and responsiveness of applications
Implement and integrate data storage solutions for optimal performance.
Identify bottlenecks and bugs and devise solutions to these problems
Qualifications
High School Diploma or GED (minimum requirement).
An associate s Degree or Bachelor s Degree in Information Technology (IT) Computer Science Network Administration or a related field is often preferred but not always required.
