Job Description

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and market reach.
  • Conduct market research analyze consumer trends and assess competitor activities.
  • Identify new product opportunities and optimize pricing strategies for competitiveness.
  • Lead marketing campaigns from planning to ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with sales trade marketing finance and external agencies for seamless campaign .
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance sales data and profitability to drive improvements.
  • Manage marketing budgets ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
  • Oversee new product development processes from research to market launch.
  • Guide creative direction for advertising promotional materials and brand communication.
  • Mentor and develop team members fostering a highperformance and collaborative work environment.
  • Present marketing strategies and performance insights to senior management.
  • Stay updated on market trends and provide recommendations for business growth.
  • Handle additional tasks as required to support overall marketing and business objectives.


Requirements

  • Prior experience in marketing preferably within the FMCG sector.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret market data and trends.
  • Excellent project management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work crossfunctionally and lead teams effectively.
  • Experience in campaign brand management and market research.
