Our client is a leading prominent provider of energy solutions who is looking for a qualified candidate to join their firm:
- Lead the leasing team in developing and executing strategies to maximize rental income and occupancy rates aligning with established targets and KPIs. This involves formulating actionable plans monitoring progress and making necessary adjustments.
- Secure new tenants identify target market segments manage lease renewals with existing clients and collaborate with property agents to achieve optimal occupancy levels.
- Cultivate strong relationships with key accounts and decisionmakers to identify and capitalize on leasing opportunities.
- Proactively manage lease renewals for existing tenants well in advance of expiration.
- Actively seek out buildtosuit opportunities by engaging with large space users and understanding their evolving needs.
- Provide regular market updates to management including analysis of supply demand pricing competition and the assets market positioning.
- Lead the reporting of asset management activities leasing efforts pipeline development and recommendations for continuous improvement in leasing and overall asset performance.
- Provide strategic leadership and coaching to the leasing team guiding them in securing renewals attracting new tenants and identifying new market opportunities.
- Conduct ongoing market research to benchmark rental rates and occupancy costs against existing and emerging competitors.
- Prepare the annual leasing budget and guide the team through the management approval process.
- Maintain and update the rent roll projecting up to three years for budgeting purposes.
- Manage tenancyrelated issues compile occupancy and rental reports and oversee other lease management functions including budgeting.
- Actively pursue new tenant prospects through targeted business development efforts identify key market segments and provide comprehensive lease management support.
- Oversee lease administration and ensure diligent followup after securing new leases.
Requirements
- Bachelors degree in Real Estate Property Management Estate Management or Business/Marketing.
- A minimum of 8 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing with at least 4 years in a managerial role.
- Indepth understanding of the real estate industry including an extensive network of industry contacts.
- Exceptional presentation negotiation and interpersonal skills are essential.
