Job Description
Were hiring a CEI Project Administrator to support various transportation designbuild projects throughout the Jacksonville Florida area.
- Receiving general instructions regarding assignments and exercising initiative and independent judgment in the solution of work problems related to transportation engineering and construction projects
- Directing and assigning specific tasks to administrative and field staff and assisting in all phases of the construction project
- Progress estimates and final estimates throughout the construction project duration
- Communicate effectively in English (verbally and in writing)

- Under limited supervision conducts work requiring independent evaluation selection adaptation and modification of standard techniques procedures and criteria
- Is fully competent in most aspects of the job
- Works on projects of substantial complexity
- May assume lead responsibilities for a team of engineers and professional support personnel
Qualifications :
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelors degree plus 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and or education
- Valid US Drivers License required to visit project sites clients and other AECOM offices. As a condition of employment selected candidate must pass a Motor Vehicle Records review
- Professional Engineer (PE) registered in the State of Floridaor the ability to obtain endorsement in the State of Florida within six months of Project NTP if registered in another state
- Due to the nature of the projects associated with this position a valid US citizenship is required
Preferred Requirements:
- FDOT Advanced MOT
- CTQP Final Estimates Level II
- CTQP Quality Control Manager
