Job Description
Our client is a global iOT and SaaSservices company who is looking for a Mexicobased experienced Sales Recruiter. This position is fully remote and a sixmonth contract that could get extended or turn into fulltime. The ideal candidate will have experience working for an inhouse or agency recruiting for CSM Sales and related roles.
The ideal candidate should have experience in the following:
- proven success in recruiting for sales roles
- managing fullcycle recruiting
- being a talent advisor
- influencing with data
- managing stakeholders
- communicating effectively
Qualifications :
- 3 year of recruiting experience in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to create measure and scale the right workflow between candidates hiring managers and the recruiting team
- Proven strategic sourcing skills
- Team player with an eye for talent who loves connecting people and opportunities
- Target driven detail oriented approachable and able to bring up others around you
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or equivalent ATS experience
- BA/BS degree or equivalent work experience
