The Construction & Manufacturing Team supports all of Haskells delivery groups across the company and the projects throughout the United States. The Construction & Manufacturing Team is responsible for providing the field management personnel from the craft worker to the Project Superintendent. The Construction & Manufacturing Team also provides the team member with logistical support; including but not limited to establishing per diem rates company trucks for superintendents and the coordination of arrival for team members as needed on the project. The Construction & Manufacturing Team provides continual training for our team members to support their development from entrylevel craft workers via inhouse/online courses to local jurisdiction apprenticeship programs. Haskell assists with working your way up through the ranks youll find new ways to use both your mind and your hands to get the job done.
In this role you will be responsible for fabricating and welding structural components used in buildings and bridges. You will utilize your knowledge of metal properties geometry and welding techniques to lay out fit and assemble structural parts contributing to the success of complex projects.
