The annual salary for this role starts at $75000 or more and is based on applicable and specialized experience and location.

As Senior Sales Manager for The Complexed Hiltons of Chicago you would be responsible for developing market segments and soliciting new customers to purchase food beverage guestrooms and utilize event facilities in the hotels continuing effort to deliver outstanding guest service and financial profitability. The ideal candidate will have 2 years of hotel group sales experience be a team player with excellent written and oral communication skills comfortable soliciting new business and fostering long term client relationships.

Our fun collaborative team represents three iconic hotels in the heart of downtown Chicago; The Palmer House The Hilton Chicago and The Drake. Requirements:

2 years of hotel sales experience

Excellent communication skills

Proficient with Microsoft Word Excel Outlook PowerPoint

Assets:

Hilton experience

Delphi/FDC experience

What will I be doing

Increase qualified group booking volume by developing key relationships with new accounts and growing production with assigned existing accounts.
