Tasks
As a Product Manager you will work closely with the Engineering Customer Success Marketing and Sales teams to ensure the business case and customer satisfaction.
- Collaboration with external stakeholders to develop a business case for new products or improvements.
- Defining the positioning strategy and creating a competitive analysis for the product vision.
- Responsibility for creating the product roadmap and supporting stakeholders in visualizing and prioritizing products or improvements using ROI analyses and a 22 matrix.
- Guiding all departments to adhere to the SDLC process and ensuring smooth communication and adherence to processes.
- Gathering managing and prioritizing market and customer requirements.
- Participate in sprint refinements and sprint reviews for final acceptance or rejection of product and feature developments.
- Regularly analyze and report on progress.
- Ensuring ontime product delivery and aligning expectations with management and stakeholders as appropriate.
Requirements
5 years of experience as an IT Product Manager or in a similar position
You have a degree in Computer Science Engineering or similar.
Strong technical understanding: Background in software development and project management is preferred
Significant experience in product lifecycle management and working in Agile environment
Profound problemsolving & communication skills and a passion for creative environments
Organizational talent and leadership make you stand out
Excellent English skills
Nicetohave:
