About the Client

Sagan represents a dynamic growthfocused company seeking to expand its sales team with a motivated Account Executive. The company offers a competitive commission structure and a performancedriven culture.


Position Overview

Were looking for a resultsdriven Account Executive (Sales) to drive new business build relationships and close deals in a fastpaced environment. This role requires strong sales acumen a proactive approach and the ability to manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and manage a pipeline of prospective clients leveraging outbound sales techniques and leadgeneration strategies
  • Conduct discovery calls product demos and followup meetings to convert prospects into customers
  • Build relationships with key decisionmakers and influencers within target companies
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction
  • Meet or exceed sales targets through strategic selling and account management
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM and provide regular sales reports


Qualifications:

  • 13 years of experience in B2B sales business development or account management
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to close deals
  • Selfmotivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales reporting
  • Ability to work independently and adapt to a dynamic sales environment


NicetoHaves

  • Familiarity with the Irish sales markets
  • Previous experience working in a remote sales role
