Job Description
Were thrilled to offer a variety of culinary positions with flexible options including casual fulltime and parttime roles. If you have experience in fastpaced restaurant or event environments wed love to hear from you. Youll have the opportunity to prepare highquality dishes across two kitchens and various outlets including la carte buffet cold larder miseenplace and banquets.
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Junior Sous Chef
- Chef de Partie
- Commis Chef
- Pastry Chef de Partie

Qualifications :
- Trade qualifications and prior experience in the hotel industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of food safety standards and requirements
- Serviceoriented with a keen eye for detail
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask effectively
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate across all team levels
- Flexibility to work a rotating roster including evenings weekends and public holidays
