As IT Program Manager you are responsible for driving strategicIT transformation programs that enable the organization to achieve its technology modernization and business alignment goals.
Reporting to the CIO and embedded within the Strategic IT Project Office (SIPO) the role focuses on program governance strategic alignment and delivery oversight of initiatives such as onpremise to cloud migration core system transformation SAP implementation in the cloud and organizational change management.
The Program Manager ensures collaborationbetween IT departments / teams and business aligns transformation efforts with business goals and provides updates to senior leadership and the executive board.

Your new role
- Program Strategy and Alignment:You are translating the organizations IT transformation vision into actionable programs and projects while collaborating with the CIO IT department heads and senior business executives. You are also defining program goals while acting as a challenge partner within IT
- Governance and Oversight:You are establishing and enforcing program governance frameworks ensuring that transformation programs comply with regulatory requirements governance standards and internal policies and are monitoring program risks interdependencies and progress
- Program and Delivery Oversight:You are overseeing the planning and delivery of IT transformation programs and coordinating crossdepartmental teams to achieve program objectives
- Communication and Reporting:You are acting as the central communicator of IT transformation initiatives to the executive board deliver clear concise reports and presentations and are ensuring transparency in communication across IT teams and other organizational stakeholders
- Change Management:You are leading change management strategies to drive adoption of new processes systems and technologies across the organization and designing and implementing communication plans training sessions and stakeholder engagement efforts to ensure seamless transitions
Your strenghts
- Experienced in IT Program Management: You have 1015 years of professional experience in IT ideally in car financing institutions and at least 5 of them managing largescale IT transformation programs such as IT infrastructure cloud migration ERP implementations or core system transformation
- Visionary and Strategic Thinker: You drive strategic IT initiatives that align with business goals and foresee industry trends
- Analytical and SolutionOriented: You excel in identifying risks and opportunities ensuring successful program delivery
- Clear Communicator: You effectively communicate complex concepts to senior leadership and nontechnical stakeholders gaining buyin from diverse teams
- Proficient in Change Management: You design and implement strategies that drive adoption of new technologies and processes ensuring seamless transitions
