The Organisational Development Manager is responsible for contributing to the of our Group People strategy with a specific focus on Leadership and Professional Development. The role is required to analyse Group needs at a strategic and business unit level and translate those needs into the design and delivery of practical aligned and cost effective solutions. This position must adopt a consultative approach focused on integrating best practice researched and practical knowledge whilst collaboratively partnering with the People Community external providers and Qantas Group Business Leaders.
This role will also require significant project management responsibilities ensuring successful implementation by planning with a flexible approach to account for the changing demands of the business. Facilitation coaching and exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills including the ability to influence and direct others is especially required.
Experience with designing and embedding capability frameworks for largescale workforces across the employee lifecycle will be highly regarded.
