Job Description:

The Geospatial Data Scientist will collaborate with customers to develop comprehensive multiINT multisource strategies to address intelligence problems.

Responsibilities:

Create tasking and dissemination requirements
Adjudicate requirements
Report on endtoend GEOINT system performance data
Develop strategies that balance customer need with platform availability and capability
Provide technical expertise to working groups
Assist in developing dynamic
Tasking database (Standing Deck Task) coordinate and collaborate to answer all intelligence problems
Support development of automated multiINT collection strategies in support of ABI/OBP CONOPS using GIMS
Demonstrated ability and experience using Geospatial Information Management Systems (GIMS) Web Fishtools
Use analytic tools to develop models visualize data and perform a range of analyses (e.g. systems analysis comparative analysis)
Document and visualize data both temporally and spatially to assist in data integrity checks ask the next question and display analytical assessments
Apply emerging and innovative analysis techniques to answer key intelligence questions
Provide technical consultation into the development evaluation use and deployment of solutions to optimize GEOINT analysis and production

Must have:

3 years of experience in data or using machine learning to extract images
Experience with Python

Nice to have:

Bachelor of Science degree in a quantitative discipline such as data science mathematics statistics earth science quantitative social sciences geographic information science computer science physics or a related field.
Demonstrated experience using quantitative and qualitative techniques to solve complex problems using analytic tools and techniques such as GIS quantitative methods and data visualization modeling systems analysis comparative analysis and database development.
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in data mining cleansing and exploring spatial temporal and nonspatial data in both structured and unstructured formats.
Demonstrated knowledge of programming languages (e.g. Python Java JavaScript SQL Pig or R) modeling software spatial analysis tools and concepts data mining methods database structures and analytic information extraction and visualization.

Security Clearance:

An active TS/SCI clearance is required

As required by local law Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states ofCalifornia Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York Washington and the District of Columbia. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors including but not limited to office location role skill set and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California Colorado Hawaii Illinois Maryland Minnesota New York Washington and the District of Columbia is:

$109300 $163400 USD
