Tinker Federal Credit Unions Indirect Lending department has an immediate opening for a Dealer Liaison/Sales Representative! As a Dealer Liaison/Sales Representative you will be responsible for the following:
Developing new dealer prospects and interacting with existing dealers within the TFCU Indirect Lending Program to increase loan volumes.
Relying on experience and judgment in the assessment and recommendation of new dealers to the lending leadership team.
Developing an effective business development plan and working independently to help achieve established departmental goals.
Salary Range:
This is an exempt position. The annual salary range is $83129.62526 $103912.03157; however actual placement within the range will be determined individually based on your experience relative to organizational needs and internal salary equity.
Schedule/Travel:
Approximately 8:00 AM 5:00 PM MondayFriday. This position will work remotely and be required to travel. This position must also attend onsite meetings training sessions and other operational activities in Oklahoma City at least once a month and other locations selected by TFCU. Local travel for business development outreach is required.
Education/Experience:
You must have a bachelors degree in business or a relatable field and three years of experience in consumer lending or the retail auto industry are .Financial institution experience is preferred.
Applicable work experience and/or military experience may be substituted for education at the rate of two years of experience for one year of education. Applicable additional education levels or relevant but not certifications may be eligible to satisfy minimum experience requirements.
Certificates Licenses Registrations:
- Incumbent Bonding REQUIRED by TFCUs chosen authority.
- TFCU University certification .
- Valid drivers license maintaining an acceptable Motor Vehicle Record.
Keys to success:
In order to be successful as a Dealer Liaison/Sales Representative you must possess these qualifications:
- Knowledgeable of TFCU loan policies and underwriting guidelines and able to conduct ongoing training to dealership employees to achieve acceptable levels of credit and documentation quality standards.
- Possess excellent oral presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent organizational skills to prioritize projects and meet deadlines.
- Ability to assist in developing budget and operate within established budget guidelines.
- Knowledge of public relations indirect lending processes and dealer finance.
- Must maintain a valid drivers license and satisfactory driving record.
