Job Description
As Retail Operations your role is vital in ensuring the seamless functioning of our boutiques and AP Houses. Serving as the crucial link in the communication chain between HQ your subsidiary and all POS you have the responsibility of overseeing the implementation of all retailrelated matters. You contribute to the success and resilience of Audemars Piguet by ensuring the proper understanding correct and unwavering adherence to all company rules regulations and internal controls and by participating in risk management initiatives. By orchestrating effective communication among global regional and local teams you participate in reinforcing our position as a leader in the luxury retail industry. Your impact is significant as you drive alignment promote efficiency and uphold our commitment to excellence through effective communication and collaboration.

Qualifications :
Preferably bachelors degree in business administration or luxury servicerelated field
At least 810 years in retail business & luxury industry preferably in retail related environment
Knowledge of Luxury retail business & Client service
Positive proactive and communication skills (oral and written)
Proficient communication skills in written/verbal English is a MUST

Contract Type: Permanent with 3month probation Contract
