Why the Role Matters:
The Safer Communities team aims to create a safe and respectful UNSW community and it is essential for students to have their say. The UNSW Gendered Violence Student Reference Group consists of undergraduate and postgraduate university students who represent their communities to ensure the student voice is captured in university projects and initiatives related to gendered violence prevention.
Member Roles:
We are looking for current UNSW students who are committed to providing insight to University projects initiatives and campaigns. We welcome candidates from all backgroundsand specifically encourage applications from people of diverse gender sexual orientation cultural and linguistic backgrounds Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander backgrounds people with disability mature aged and those with caring and family responsibilitiesstudents with or without leadership roles and those interested in gendered violence prevention.
