Join our Thinking Lettings Team
Are you passionate about great customer service If so we have an exciting opportunity for you! Were seeking a customerfocused Lettings Officer to join our team supporting our community lettings groups working at The Portsmouth Academy.
The successful applicant will oversee daily operations including opening and closing procedures as well as prepare facilities for activities ensuring a welcoming environment. Delivering exceptional customer service with a positive proactive approach will be at the centre of your practice.
Key Responsibilities:
- Stakeholder Engagement: Build strong relationships with customers handle enquiries and promote our services via our website and social media.
- Operational Duties: Oversee health and Safety monitor site entry and manage daily operations including opening and closing the facility.
- Lettings Management: Manage club and group bookings ensuring smooth operations and excellent customer service.
This is a part time weekend role with hours to be discussed.
