Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Personal Lines Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing personal lines accounts and ensuring client satisfaction. This role requires a high level of attention to detail excellent customer service skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities
Manage and service a designated book of personal lines accounts
Provide exceptional customer service and maintain positive client relationships
Review policies endorsements and applications for accuracy and compliance
Utilize agency management system to process and maintain client information
Collaborate with underwriters to negotiate coverage terms and conditions
Keep uptodate with industry regulations and market trends to provide informed insurance advice
Support agency growth and retention goals through effective account management and crossselling opportunities
Qualifications/Requirements
At least 2 years of relevant insurance industry experience preferred
Preferred Agency Management System experience: Applied EPIC
Familiarity with personal lines insurance products and coverage options
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Detailoriented with strong organizational and time management abilities
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Active P&C (Property & Casualty) insurance license required
