We are looking for a Unified Communications & IT Support Engineer to join a dynamic IT team based in Perth Southern Suburbs on a initial 3 month contract basis.
The Role:
- Supporting and maintaining the Cisco UCCX Call Management System
- Providing general IT support to internal users
- Managing and troubleshooting Windows Server environments
- Administering Office 365 (O365 and Active Directory (AD)
- Ensuring seamless communication and IT operations across the organisation
Your skills:
- Strong experience with Cisco UCCX and call management systems
- Expertise in Windows Server O365 and AD administration
- Problemsolving skills and a proactive approach to IT support
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Ideally hold industry certification from Cisco and/or Microsoft
