Job Description

Do you have a passion for cars and a drive for success Do you want to accelerate your career with a growing company The Service Technician is a key team member of our service department that will be responsible for maintaining high quality and safety standards on the wheelchairaccessible vehicle conversions we produce.
What youll do:
- Perform oil changes tire repair/replacement and alignment and other basic maintenance of vehicles.
- Conduct routine vehicle inspection and test for needed adjustments prior to Quality Assurance.
- Inspect and perform troubleshooting of equipment as needed.
- Maintain compliance with Freedom Motors quality and safety standards policies and procedures and OSHA safety regulations and follow both written and verbal work instructions.
- Coursework beyond High School Diploma preferred.
- Previous technician experience a plus but not required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude attention to detail and problemsolving skills.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a teamoriented environment.
- Ability to maintain a professional and positive attitude at all times.
- Outstanding attendance record and reliability.
- Valid MI Drivers License and acceptable driving record.
