Get to Know the Role
In this position you will play a vital role within the Partner Management team. Your duties will encompass management of our operational policies and processes that support GrabRentals driverpartners. Your north star will be ensuring that our driverpartners experience is firstclass and you are driven to work across internal teams to troubleshoot issues and resolve escalation. You are empathetic and enthusiastic in your engagement with our driverpartners at events and program launches.
You will report to the Head Planning Productivity & Partner Managemen and reports onsite at Singapore Grab office.
Qualifications :
What Essential Skills You Will Need
Degree / Diploma holders (preferably in business administration economics supply chain or engineering)
At least 3 years of experience in an operationstype role
Able to work independently in a fastpaced and changing environment
Experience with handson customer engagement strong interpersonal and stakeholdermanagement skills
Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
Strong spoken and written communication skills
Passionate about identifying user pain points process bottlenecks or inefficiencies and designing solutions to resolve them
