Responsibilities
- Manage and respond to online inquiries from potential customers
- Provide accurate and prompt information about vehicles pricing promotions and financing options
- Follow up with leads and maintain a consistent flow of communication to nurture relationships
- Schedule and coordinate test drives virtual tours and dealership visits
- Collaborate with the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Maintain an organized database of customer information and sales activities
Requirements
- Prior experience in automotive sales or related field preferred
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong knowledge of vehicles features and specifications
- Proficient in using CRM software and other online sales tools
- Driven selfmotivated and resultsoriented
- Ability to work in a fastpaced and dynamic environment
