Job Summary
Our Talent Managers work in a team environment and have responsibility for negotiating and developing business with new and current clients. Talent Managers market our services via telephone video and by conducting inperson meetings with hiring managers and decisionmakers in accounting and finance departments. Additional responsibilities include: recruiting interviewing and matching highly skilled accounting and finance professionals with clients projects contract assignments and contract to fulltime opportunities; managing ongoing engagements to deliver outstanding customer service to both clients and candidates; providing ongoing communication and career guidance to candidates; and participating in local trade association and networking events to increase Robert Halfs presence in the local business community.
Qualifications:
(especially Excel) and any Contact Management Application (Salesforce).
The typical salary range for this position is $60000 to $66000. The salary is negotiable depending upon experience and
location. The position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives.
