Job Description

We are looking an experienced Senior R&D Controller to join our international team. In this role you will be responsible for overseeing and executing key financial controlling tasks related to our R&D activities. You will work closely with internal stakeholders to ensure accurate reporting budgeting forecasting and analysis supporting informed business decisions.

You will be responsible with the following activities:

  • Managing of business area wide Budget process and monthly Forecast for all R&D locations;
  • Preparation of financial postings monthly closing checks presentations and scorecards;
  •  R&D Investment Reporting including budget planning and alignment with all locations;
  • Conducting audit requests related to Capitalization/WiP and calculating capitalization values with necessary cost transfers;
  •  Manage headcount reporting and labor cost analysis;
  • Responsible for local R&D Controlling task for one of our R&D locations;
  • Cost center planning and analysis including hourly rate planning with cost center managers.

Qualifications :

This is what it takes to be a successful Central R&D Controller:

  • Completed degree in business administration or similar areas;
  • Minimum of 5 years of professional experience in controlling;
  • Strong analytical skills with expertise in budgeting forecasting and variance analysis;
  • Proficiency in SAP Excel and financial reporting tools;
  • English language skills in speaking and writing;
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with crossfunctional international teams;
  • Proactive detailoriented and capable of managing multiple tasks independently.
